Return & Refund Policy
Shouldn't you be satisfied, or in case of defective products or that do not correspond to the description/photo, it is possible to withdraw the agreement (according to Italian Legislative Decree n.185/1999) within a maximum of 10 days from the package reception date. In order to verify the correct date it is very important that you keep the delivery note issued by the courier.
How to withdraw the agreement
You must send a request via certified email or registered letter (the latter method is available for Italy only) containing the will to withdraw the agreement according to the above mentioned regulations, by specifying the type of returning products, the order number and by attaching the delivery note issued by the courier. Your are also requested to include your details in the message in order to get the owed amount back.
A refund of the products will be issued within 60 days from the certified email/registered letter reception date. Shipping and delivery costs, as well as additional costs (e.g. delivery by appointment, cash on delivery costs etc.) will not be refunded. The shipping costs for returns are charged to the customer. In case of used or damaged returned products, Lilamé reserves the right not to issue a refund and will contact you to agree upon a redelivery which will be charged to the customer in any case.
